New day, new experiences. With each experience comes different feelings. From the smiles of life, to the pressures and disappointments. Quite a rollercoaster of emotions. Living in a fast world with digital intoxication, we end up on the life’s hedonic treadmill coupled with stress, anxiety and emotional instability. As young Africans tasked with the responsibility of making the world a better place, we should not and must not allow ourselves to be caught up by such challenges as aforementioned that would end up deterring our pursuit for true happiness and a better world for everyone.
