Currently, the Foundation primarily funds field and museum research to advanced doctoral students as well as established scientists studying in the field of Anthropology -- specifically related to studies that lead to an understanding of human origins such as paleoanthropology, archaeology, and primatology.
Advanced doctoral students as well as established scientists are eligible for general research grants. High school and undergraduate college students are not eligible. There are no citizenship restrictions.
